As luzes de teatro são um desafio e uma oportunidade únicos. Os ajustes da câmera podem estar corretos ou incorretos em um caminhar. Se, por um lado, essas luzes criam contraste, profundidade, dramaticidade, por outro, criam sombras duras e fotos muito escuras ou de brancos estourados. Fotografar o berçário de drags me colocou em um ambiente rapidíssimo, em que o corpo faz sua própria vontade e se liberta de amarras sociais e preocupações alheias. Ao mesmo tempo, proporcionou registros lindos de emoções vivas, que transparecem a imagem.

Theater lights are a unique challenge and opportunity. The camera settings may be right or wrong just by walking. If, on one hand, these lights create contrast, depth, theatricality, on the other hand, they create sharp shadows and sometimes too dark or too bright pictures. Photographing this drags' nursery-incubator put me in a fast-paced environment, in which the body does what it wishes and frees itself from social constraints and others' concerns. At the same time, it gave me beautiful photos of live emotions, that shine through their images.
